is ther anything i can do to make it sound better than it all ready dose?

you can do sound deadening, get a better box, tune it better, etc etc.. there's literately dozens of things you can do to make any setup sound better. It just depends on what you want to do.

My alpine 9807 is hooked up to a kca-420i alpine interface adapter. The cable goes into the ipod such as the picture below. The head unit uses it as a source, so the volume is not used. My head unit controls the ipod, and I turn the volume up/down, search, pick songs, pause, everything from the head unit. The unit also charges the ipod.
