Are you looking for new? I have a couple amps you may like. Also look at PPI P900.4 thats a killer amp for the money usually under 200.

Are you looking for 150x4 at 4Ω? If so, you'll be hard pressed to find a budget amp that will do it well.

I have the Execution Audio 60X4, which is CT Sounds' entry level brand. It's a solid little amp that should do ~120x4 at 2Ω and at $130.00 it's hard to beat.
