Check out AudioQ subwoofers as well.

KIcker 2500D would wang chun on a BTL.

If you are pushing more than 2krms you are gonn need $2-300 in electrical upgrades, as fair warning the BTL can take a lot of power.

On stock electrical I would look into a kicker 750.1 they do more like 8-900rms and get a 15 or 18 that runs on that much power like a Fi SSD! and you could do this with a used 750.1 for pretty cheap.

If you don't want to have to do many electrical upgrades, I'd say go with an 18" FI Q, no options. Then you can find many amps that do 1000 watts @ 1 ohm for 300 or less. You probably wouldn't need many electrical upgrades either besides maybe a batt.

If your all for the upgrades and want to be really loud with a single sub, try a 15" HD3C, or Fully Loaded 18" BTL, with ~2500 RMS to either of them. The new AQ2200 would be a perfect match for you as it is only 370 shipped.
