I think Visonik is relatively new but respectable company. There rating maybe a little overated.

Visonik do make fairly decent amplifiers that usually put out near their rated power, although from the bench testing I've seen from them, they don't often match it.

i like visonik, they get to it or if not real close to thier rms and have some cool features on some of thier items (stable at 1/2 and ohm) some cool stuff i got 1 and it worked fine, go for it and tell us how it sounds.
