Any good cheap 5.25" Midrange?!

Ugh okay well I almost went out and bought the crescendos 6.5" Pwx midranges.. for $30 each rate 130 watts rms isn't bad at all!

Well I looked up my speaker size for my 95 chevy suburban and they all said they where 6.5"

Lucky I checked because they are actualy 5 1/4.. Just my luck!

So anybody have any budget friendly mid ranges or something that can compare to the pwxs?

I've been searching an only finding components/coax...

Anybody run cadence?

How are these? Might consider these components looks like a good deal to me! I need feed back xD

I run Cadence amps and subs. I love em, waiting to get the money to try a set of Cadence components right now. I have a set of Polk MM 5251 components for sale but not near that cheap.

Bravox CS50D Diamond Series 5-1/4" Component Speaker System 269-502

but for the price the bravox are unbeatable exp the kevlar for 59.99

i personally just switched from my cadence 3 way setup i posted above to the bravox and i loved my cadence setup but the bravox are even better

Are you sure there 5 1/4. Because front doors should be 6.5 components, rear doors should be 6.5 and back hatch should be 4x10

Agree should be 6.5 my 98 has 6.5 but if I remember correctly I seen it listed as 5.25 some places.

On a lot of GM's it's a 5.25 sized hole, but many 6.5's will fit without any modification...

I just installed a set of 6.5's in the front doors of my Father's 95 Tahoe, should be the exact same thing...

Haha you're actually right... I think the hole is 5.25 in the front but you can shove a 6.5 in there but definitely NOT the rear..

So I actually might get a pair of those pwx's for front and those cadence components for the back..

(I know thats all mixed of mid ranges should be in the back and components up front but idk i'm kinda hooked on those pwxs..)

I only checked the rear because I thought all the speakers where going to be all one size besides the cargo.

Oh gesh I wish I clicked the diamond series link before I went through and bought some cadence :\

Hopefully this Ebay seller will refund me because those look 10x better..

I ended up getting some Bravox diamond series but the coaxial version since i'm not the biggest fan of loud tweeters and always end up turning them down..

Thanks the the tip when I get them i'll post a review on how I think they are haha
