Any Experience with al-eds.com

Has anybody had any exceptionally good or bad experiences in dealing with "al-eds.com"? I want to buy a Kenwood DNX8120, and they have the best price among authorized dealers. For some reason the specifications list the warranty as one year instead of the 2-year warranty typical of other authorized retailers, and they won't respond to my emails about the inconsistency.
