k...i know i might get flamed for asking a stupid question but i couldnt find an answer. whats the difference between a 600X1 and a 600X2 amp...i know one has on channel the other has 2...but i know on a 1 channel amp u can hook up another sub so is a difference between the 2 that i dont know about..

biggest difference is efficiency, the monoblock will just drain less of ur electrical. No other major differences i'm really aware of.

what if u wanted to run ur front stage off a mono amp would that be a okay choice or would you be better off with a 2 channel

You need a 2 channel if you want stereo sound.

A mono amp isn't more efficient than a stereo amp. Mono and stereo have nothing to do with efficiency. Amp topology is the deciding factor.

A 600x2 amp would be the same power wise as 2 600x1 amps.
