i wanted to try to become a pro bowler as well, the only thing is that being 21 when i actually started to take bowling seriously, i felt as though I missed out on a good 10 or 11 years of coaching/experience...

How old are you?

I never had once coach in my life. Just something I picked up and kinda fell into. Just a natural at a lot of sports I guess.

i'm 22 and i think i'm an excellent bowler, as shown by the numbers i volunteered.

but I also think that if i had been bowling when I was younger, and perhaps been on a college bowling team, i could be 500% more consistant and solid at it. I'd be much further along in my mental game than I am now. I still get pissed as hell when i leave a ringing ten lol

the girls I bowl with get lucky to hit 250 series' lol

i've only ever bowled with one girl that was good, and she used to be pro, but I only bowled one game with her because she was drilling my ball and she wanted to see how I bowled.

I was just in the groove or sumptin last nite... the ball was breakin and the pins were fallin'. I finally got it through my thick head again that more important than getting strikes is picking your spares and supporting dem spares with hi pin count. There was a girl in the league before me. Was an all womens league and she shot a 900 the night I hit my 800, lol! I was so pissed!!!
