any 99 and up blazer owners?

^^ Not what I mean, was simply just wondering.. but also, Do you guys think I will need to switch my front battery.. I was hoping that I could run the stock battery and alternator with my Q.. What do you guys think? Will my lights dim?

youll be fine thats pretty much the same power im running. i have stock battery, no big 3 but i added 2 extra grounds from batt to chassis. i dont dip below ~12.2-12.4 on full tilt at idle will get a redtop soon though.

How much will the 4406 put out bridged by the way? Actual rms? and what will it put out to 4 channels actual rms?
How do you like the amp?

Thanks

BTW What does at full tilt mean?
if you run all 4 channels @ 4 ohms it will do about 50 rms per channel

if you run 2 channels @ 4 ohms it claims 220 but prob 200 per channel

i like it, i need a little more power to my front components, but it runs my rears perfectly they scream its a good budget amp.

and full tilt = stereo cranked

How many watts are you guys running that you have this rattle.. Can you hear it inside the car? or just outside?
i have a sound storm amp that i feel is extremely overrated and i get huge amounts of rattle in a 2002 2 door blazer. i can't hear it the rattle unless i'm outside of the car. the endgate squeals even with no music on, so do the rear panels.

also, my voltage only drops when i am burping my subs @ 1 ohm...but my electrical system is completely stock.

its time to look into some sound deadning my man....or just thoroughly check to see what all rattles and see if theres a way to reduce it with out spending to much money...i mean this is all if it bothers you..

I'm starting to pull the interior apart...it's a *****! Just FYI, anybody who hasn't done sound deadening yet. You're going to need the following:

  • T50 Torx Bit for seat belts and passenger seat
  • 3/4" Socket for seats
  • 10mm Deep Socket for center console
  • Phillips Screwdriver
  • Flathead Screwdriver
  • Lots of Patience

The rest of it...just pull gently as it's all clips. I'll have my build log updated tomorrow with pics of the panels out of the blazer.

yeh i know i need to get on and sound deaden it, but i want to shave the rear wiper because i think a lot of the endgate rattles come from it. as for the rear panels, any body have any suggestions for a cheap solution?
