I had a rather nasty car wreck a couple of years ago. Ever since I tend to suffer from anxiety attacks. If I'm in tight situations, traffic, pressure, crowds of people, they really get me. To the point of severe sweating, heart racing, even vomiting sometimes. I have been to the doctor several times over the years for them. Been prescribed several different kinds of medications. The best medicine in my case was get my mind off of it. The more I think about it, the worse it gets. I tend to joke around allot as it keeps me loose. And my mind off of the situation.
