Back to the thread, I got this yesterday and went to try it today.....needless to say the flavor kills it for me. I couldn't hold down even a few sips, nor could the wife. She said it made her tongue numb. If you make another flavor then I might give it another try.

How many scoops and how much water?

You need to use about 1 scoop with 12 oz of water. Anything less and it is too powerful.

Have you taken preworkout supps before?

From our beta testing and feedback, Madness is coming in around the top 80% of the market.

For flavor, it beets the hell out of most everything else out there.

If however, you are not used to pre workout supplements, then I can see why it might be a bit shocking. It is very difficult to flavor somethign that has 20+ ingredients, but most people love the flavor.
