Spam is unsolicited.When you signed up to the forums you selected the "Receive Emails from Admin" option. This is why you get them.

Our emails = requested by the user = Not Spam!

If you don't want the emails, all you have to do is click one button in your user cp and you wont get them.

I never voluntarily opt to receive that bullshit. Almost 100% of the time the boxes are already checked and I have to uncheck it. Good to know that I can get rid of them, now, eat a d!ck.

to receive emails from mods is the same as click to recieve offers and deals on upgrades? either way had you explained that like you did here instead of the ban this would have turned out a different way . still does not justify the ban but @ this point im ok with it and could care less. imo u assumed im one of those guys that hate u and jumped the gun.
