And I would agree 100%, as would any trainer that is worth a ****.Most people get this wrong and expect that exercise leads to abs, when in reality it only helps a little.

Knowing what you know, I am very surprised that you took the opportunity to jump in and criticize my hard work with such a baseless comment about steroids.

If you really are round natty pros and athletes you should be able to recognize a steroid user when you see one, and would have easily seen that I don't abuse drugs.

In fact I am celebrating 15 years of being clean and sober this July...

Bah why did this thread go the workout route again and remind me I haven't been in 6 days. I'm sure I've lost 5% of my strength and am setback a week. Stupid holidays and being on the road.

Actually it takes about 3 weeks for your body to begin losing your current conditioning.

Not conditioning...I'm talking about strength growth. It takes mere days to lose the ability to add weight to your workout. I'm attempting a run at the NFL. I need every bit of strength I can get by Feb.

I was thinking of another place where you can get partner'd cardio in. ahaha
