Answer these ???'s please...

ok ive got a 04 dodge quad cab and am putting a 15L5 in there... should i go ported or sealed? does it matter which way i have the sub facing??? like upwards facing the ceiling or facing the front seat?? should i lift the seat up and set in on the cargo area or can i leave it on top of my seat... i want to keep as much room as possible for my crap in the back. would it sound good in a ported box thats like 25"long,21"high,23.5 wide???
