ok, i used to watch this movie a long time ago, when i was like kindergarden and 1st grade. all i remember is this guy getting pissed off about something and building a monster truck and driving it over to a bar and driving all over the cars that were parked there. anyone know what it is?

I just remembered a movie with a pic of a monster truck on it at the movie rental. It was out of place for a monster truck flick. That was it.
