Bought a computer case that's supposed to have power supply included. Power supply was not included in received package. Also bought a motherboard & stuff.
Case was $75, Motherboard & stuff was $211.25, I got a $10 discount, and shipping was $27.70...so cost was $303.95.
I called them & told them about the power supply missing within minutes of unpacking the product.
They told me they'd just refund me. I look at the refund in the order status and it's only for $65 (refund only gets applied once they receive the case).
A quick shipping estimate from FedEx with the correct src & dst zips, correct weight (18.4lbs), and declared value yields $14.98. I figure $10 discount applied over two items is $5 an item if the discount was over the whole order. So I figure I payed 75 - 5 + 14.98 = 84.98 approximately for this case.
Whatchu think? Store says shipping is nonrefundable but my thing is that they falsely advertised; that shouldn't apply.
This is an Internet Store, not some random person off the Internet.
