I will be there next week and I was wondering what is there to do during the week. Also, how bad is the traffic from I-85 to I-65.

Also, is Madison Avenue a busy street? It looks like it might be a shortcut where I am going.

Curious why you just don't take 65 straight down? Probably a 4.5 hour drive max, depending on what side of Nashville you're coming from.

not too much to do here in montgomery, but you will be in an area fille with DBDRAG champions and finalist. not that , that is all that important but there is really nothing to do in town. madison is downtown, do not stay there after dark. not a bad location really, but there are betteer places to stay at night right off 85.

I need to be close to Maxwell Air Force base. There looks to be a few places of I-85 within a few miles. I don't want to stray too far.

I have been around some pretty tough places after dark, but then again I try to stay out of sight when I can.

go to the montgomery mall...bring a concealed weapon though

eastdale mall and east chase are the newer/nicer ones

Why when people want to visit your city, you tell the of crime and that I need a gun. I take pride in where I am from. Yes, we have crime but we try not to make it the focal point of our city. I am sure Montgomery is known for something that Nashville does not have.
