annoying sound? plse plse help

So as the temp is getting warmer I began to here a noise comming from the windsheild . At first I thought it was my wipers but it turns out it is the rear veiw mirror. It is loud and wondering if anyone has a solution for me ? I have a 97 toyota camery and don't think it is removeable but I could be wrong please someone help me

He's referring to the rear view mirror mount making noise.
