when i was 16 my buddy got a pioneer sub/amp combo from bb and thought it was the shiz but everytime we went somewhere to meet people he would time it so that just as we pull up the same one tracks bassline that made his bass hit the loudest would hit in the same exact spot everytime hahaha like 20 seconds before he would be fast forwarding to it so that people would here his bangin system......oh yah and then he would keep playing parked with the door open for 20 seconds before turning off the car, then pop off the decks faceplate, put it in its case and take it with him lol good times

I bumped for like 10 seconds today when he was sitting outside hoping he would cut the **** when he realized I was louder. He has been sitting outside blasting his crap music for 5 minutes straight. I think someone finally said something to him.

I don't hear systems too often in my area these days though some are still either stupid enough or young enough to bump all the way to their house. But back in the 90's this crap was extremely common as in almost hourly, sometimes from several different people or a lot of drive by bumpers. Though I suspect some here probably used to do the same at some point. Fortunately I never liked my music very loud, seems stupid to ruin your hearing but whatever.
