Annoying Buzzing!

Someone please help! I have a very low buzz from all my speakers that's noticeable at low volumes only. It happens both when the car is off and when it is on. Today I installed a PS3 and whenever the power inverter is on it is way louder and very annoying! I have the inverter wired into the cigarette lighter. both amp is grounded to the chassis seperatly as well. What could this problem be? Should I check grounding again? HELP!!!! Thanks!

I thought so. Should I re-route the power cable from the inverter directly to the battery and ground it directly to the chassis as well? Thanks.
