i no mtx does a good job of comparing the jl w7 and the mtx 9500 here http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/headtohead/w7.cfm but i was wondering if any one had any experience with both...what do you think would be a better choice for an all around better system 2 15" mtx thunder 9500 or 2 13.5 jl audio w7's?

also what amps would u use??

the parameters of the w7 10 are totally different than the 13.5 and 12. so when they compare voice coil sizes etc etc, the w7 stomps the MTX in every catogory, unless its the 10, ,which they use as the example. hope that made sense,.

The mtx's are nice, but ide rather do the w7s, and ide run a xenon amp on it.

well i wouldnt compare the 12" MTX to the 13W7 ide rather compare the 15 to the 13
