I saw a Discover show where they put a chicken in and pulled out a perfect skeleton with the wing bones and everything still there.

This pic is definitely not fully from a piranha attack. First obvious problem is the fact that they only ate the head and internal organs. Piranhas are scavengers/carnivores who will eat aything within biting grasp. How is it that he fell in, but only the upper part of his body was attacked. If you are fighting to get out of water, usually your head will be facing up out of the water. It almost looks as if he was dangling overboard, and someone let the piranhas eat his upper body.

He was in an excavator. He probably broke the front glass out and cut his finger or something, and was trying to get out of the cab, when the piranhas ate him. The rest of his body was probably inside the excavator cab.
