I agree that a refurb should operate the same as a BNIB unit. The performance issues that he is having (though I can perfectly understand why they would be incredibly maddening) isn't the point.
He purchased what was advertsied as a BNIB unit. That is not what he received.

Sorry to hear about you being scammed that sucks. I have been tempted to buy a few things online, but the more I read about ppl getting screwed on here the chance of me doing it are slim. Amazing a few azzhloes that scam can make all the good sellers suffer for it. Good luck bro. hope it turns out in your favor.
