amps on box. bad for amps??

Is it bad for the amps to place them on top of the sub box. I heard it rattles the inside of the amp and causing them to die quicker.

Depends how well your box is made....if the box doesn't flex, then your amp will be fine. If the box is a piece of crap, it'll vibrate the amp to hell.

would 3 12w6s running off 1500w total cause the box to flex. it will be made pretty well,but should i have internalbracing, and it would be sealed.

A well made box will not flex. You amp should get much more vibration from BEING IN A CAR than mounted to your box.
