Amp turns on but sound from front speakers but no sound from subs?

Well i have a 98 Station wagon with a aftermarket Pioneer 2100IB H/U With a pioneer gm3300t amp

2 Front speakers No Rear speakers, When I turn my car on my H/u Turns on so does my amp I get sound from the front speakers but nothing from the subs what happens is the Left speaker Pluses a little bit in and out while the right one stays still if you switch the speaker wire into the right speaker the

the right one does that the left one stays still anyhelp would be greatly appreciated
