Amp Troubleshooting. PG X1200.1

My amp decided to go into protect mode and not come out. The fuse on the line is good, I reseated all the wires twice, cutting and stripping to make sure a stray thread wasn't touching. Used different RCA's, ran it off my car chassis completely.

For the final test, I ran it off my old PC PSU, which has more than enough juice to turn an amp on. Nothing is connected, protect. Both power leads yield the same results.

The board looks fine. No visible damage to anything. The only thing I notice is the fan does not come on, but I don't know if that is part of the protect circuitry?

I set the gains using a DMM, and even backed off from the reading I wanted, due to the impedanceand same load dealio.

Any ideas? I want to keep it and run a single Fi off it soon, but it needs to run first.

Thanks for any insight.

Try this. Unhook everything. Turn all x-overs off and set the SSF,Gain to the minimum settings and the LPF to the highest setting. Reinstall and turn it on, then adjust everything. These two filters can overlap and will effectively filter 100% of the audible signal.
