Amp Trouble

ok heres the dealio. I have an MB Quart DSC280 that is in protect mode right now. Every time i turn the HU on it immediately goes into protect. Checked fuses, grounds, RCAs, speaker ohm loads and everything seems right as it was before it went into protect.

I was sitting listening to my music and all of a sudden i hear a small pop as when you turn off your factory system aaannnddd.... BAM! no music. Any suggestions?

Blown? I don't know if you're concerned about warranty, but you take the amp apart and look for something that's burnt up.
