Amp too small crossovers that come with the tweeters

Running/wiring tweeters 4 of them each have a small crossover I am able to wire them direct to the amp with a 1.0 capacitor to batt? The Amp I want to use rca wires to high level out-puts on the head unit.The low level out-puts on the head unit I want to run an amp too capacitor to batt for the subs.

the speaker leads off the head unit are only wired to 4 two way speakers.

Question is. The tweeters can come off the leads of the amp.

also am I able to use both sets of rca out-puts LOW Level out-put,and High Level out-put rca?
