there was an atomic 3000 for sale ,doubt you'll find anything bigger for 550 unless its been repaired or really hammered condition ,cosmetic wise.

look for used AQ3500 or Crecendo 3500. think your going to go with used id you want quality

I'm not too worried about cosemetics. So long as it doesn't have bullet holes or has been compacted by a car accident.

Never ran AQ, nor seen them in action. Will definitely look it up. Thanks for suggestion

unless your planning on upgrading well beyond 3-4K dual alternators seem uneeded. it wont hurt, but you dont wanna spend over$500 on a good amp but you may go with 2 alts?

I'm still in the blackboard stage of my build. Just mulling ideas over. Just because it's a possibility doesn't mean I'm %100 on taking that route.
