Amp suggestions for 3 DA D6

Ok i had to get rid of my Viper d1200.1 for legal reasons and i need a simple drop in replacement but it cant be the viper 1200.1 (i know it sounds retarded but whatever).

Anyways i got 2 Diamond D6's wired up to 1ohm and i wanna get the same power and sound (or as close to as possible) that i did with the viper amp. The following amps were in my price range:

Hifonics TX1505D

Hifonics BX1205D

Hifonics BX1605D

Memphis 1000d (if i can get a used or refurbed one)

All the hifonics amps ARE or are Around the price of 200ish at ikesound.

Any suggestions on the hifonics amps?

i havent dealt with hifonics, but from wat i hear it is a budget amp. i personaly own a memphis 500d and its solid. my homeboy had a mc1000 wit two memphis subs and they f***ing rock.
