Amp Stolen!!!

I have a 600 watt kenwood amplifier and i am in the process of sellin it 2 this guy, ok well i let him take it home 2 check it out(make sure it works etc..) and i was a dumbass and didnt get my money upfront, so he said he would pay me 2 days later.... and its been a month and i am without an amp or money, i've called the guy (wont pick up the phone, left messages and he hasnt responded) i've went 2 his house knocked on the door for an hour, he is there i know (car, lights, tv, etc..) so i know he is avoiding me, i can see the amp layin in his car, but it is locked....... Ya'll tell me what i can do legally to get it back!!!!!!

well if u dont want to steal it back, get even......ex:4 flat tires / 2 cans of spray paint / couple bricks / get my point.....

Does it have a sunroof?

I had a 86 Blazer 2door and it had a sunroof. The sunroof lifts up at the corners. Stick a coat hanger in it and unlock it. I had to do it several times. Only if his has a sunroof though...

Call the police ... explain your situation.

Get them over to his house.

If that doesn't work, proceed to do whatever you wish.

Well here's something you could do:

1. Cut his brake line

2. Follow him next time he drives and wait til he wrecks

3. Take amp

4. Take off

Or you could always just slash his tires, bust all his windows and spray primer on random areas of his car and call it even. It's all up to you....be an evil bastard like me or just be civilized about it.

slashing the tires would be appropriete(sp)...just make sure u get the sidewall though...u cant patch those...then he wastes bout 2-400 on new tires...im sure that is more then the amp costs....

p.s. do it on a sunday night that way when he gets up to work on monday ...well ya no....

i have thought about bustin the windshiled but that aint legal is it... i mean dont ya think that he will know it was me who busted it? he lives in a development but he dosent bump through there so theres a chance that he might not think it is me, but he has a nice pioneer head unit if u get my drift, i can pop the thing out in 10 seconds, and for the guy who asked if he knows where i live, yes he did but he is a druggy and drunk so he has forgot by now i gurantee it, plz guyz i gotta get this amp back!!!! ALL HELP APPRECIATED!!!!

If this is a truthful story, get the police involved. They'll get it back ASAP. It's really not that hard to understand.
