amp sparks

i pulled out a old mtx blue thunder out of the closet to see if it still works. i hooked it up. powers on but when i tested a spearker to it just touching the terminals it sparked at the speaker. does it mean the outputs are bad? i haven't checked the fuses on it yet though. it has 3 30 amp fuses on it.

does the speaker work? sparking at the speaker kinda sounds like there is a short in the voice coil of the speaker.

yeah my bad. it blew one of the fuses on the amp. i will try tomorrow with the power off. thanks
