Amp shut itself off randomly and no matter what I do won't power back up

The power light just simply isn't coming on, no matter what I do. I've waited until the thing is ice cold and 2 hours later and it's still not powering up, so I can't imagine it being thermal protect. I checked all the fuses and every single one is still good. Could the amp have just internally failed? What else would cause this?

Don't laugh... But a crappy Sony Xplod 800w max 2-channel. Got it for like $30 so I couldn't pass the deal up, but I'm assuming it just died? I mean all the fuses are still 100% intact so I doubt it's a short or something...
