Amp Selection Help

I recently had my Phoenix Gold Xenon 600.1 amp die on me so im looking for a new one. I have it narrowed down to a couple choices. I am pushing 2 12" Phoenix Gold Octane ZR 12d2 wired at 2 ohms. I am trying to decide between a new JL Audio A1800 monoblock amplifier which I would be buying through IKE Sound for about $330. The other one I am thinking of buying is a Viper Audio D1200.1 which has been used but is in still in very good condition, and I would purchase it through a local dealer for $300. Thanks for your opinions and help, and if you have any other suggestions feel free to throw them out there. Thanks again.

I think its rated at 12 volts, (iirc)
