Alright I've got a dead Orion 1200D from IkeSound, they sent me an email with an RMA to send it back. I checked and they don't have any of the amps in stock to send me right now. I was thinking I could swap it out for a HiFonics BX 1500D, BX 1000D, 1205D, or TX1505D. I could get a Viper to, basically any of the amps they have around $200. I'm really thinking about Brutus BX 1500D. That or I can stick with the Orion, what do you guys think I should do, I'm power an SX 18" in 6.5^3.

It really depends on how much time you have to wait. I ordered a 1200d and cancelled my order three weeks later because Ikesound didn't have them and couldn't even give me a timeframe on when they were getting more. Who knows how long they will string you along. I cancelled my order and went with the tx1505d and so far I'm happy.

Yeah I don't want to have to wait forever for them to get another Orion in, and then risk it not working again. When I can get a brand new HiFonics or something, how do you think the BX 1500D and TX1505D compare to the Orion 1200D?

How would the Viper compare to the Orion? Is it going to put out close to 1200 rms? Yeah, their customer service isn't exactly the best. You get what you pay for.

I know, their customer service is horrible. The worst I have ever seen, but in the end if I get my amp then thats all I car about. Even if it takes a couple weeks of dealing with them. It looks like I'm just going to order a Viper 1200D and get some extra fuses and blocks. After talking with Nukedsodapop about his I think thats the route I will take.
