Amp output Question ...

I have a kenwood excelon x-450. I was checking output voltage on A side for my front speakers while setting gain ... one side is at 10.9 volts but when I check opposite side it reads 20+ volts which is very close to B side which is set at 20 volts.... So my rears are at 20 and one front is 10.9 and one is 20ish .. Can someone please help me as to what options I have for this problem. hanks for any advice or help in advance.
