AMP Output power to subwoofer is not playing

I HAVE AN HIFONICS BRUTUS AMP 1700.1D Amp everything is working but buy the volt meter but the out put for the subs is not have any power coming out.

What do you think it is?

IS it worth fixing? and where is a reliable place near Texas or CLOSE by that could fix it?

Do you have the RCA pluged into the correct slots. Sometimes they can get confusing. You should have a input side and an output side for RCA connection. Try switching sides and also look at the amp gain and look at the deck. Most deck require your to selct sub mode sub on in order for the decks RCA sub output to function.

I Have An "NO NAME" but 150wt MTV 7in touch in-dash head unit 0 Gauge wire professionally ran through out the truck, 1700D HiFonics, 2 2010 L5 15'' Kickers. I looked at the volt meter on the rca and they read just fine(BUT I WILL TRY WAT U SAID) coming from the radio but the output power on the plus minus is dead. The amps lights up and has power but is not pushing anything out.YEAH I HAVE IT ON SUB MODE IT WAS PLAYING FOR ABOUT 2wks. EVERYTHING IS BRAND KNEW so i didnt put any abuse to cause i heard that the l5 can blow if you dont wear them in... ??

not familiar with l5 kickers. but that doesnt sound right to me. Id you have a ipod or walkman cd player and get a headjack to RCA cable and you can check that amp that way. If you dont have output from the amp after that.... Also check the subs ohm load final. I think those Hifonics only can be ran at 1ohm mono bridged.
