amp mountin options NEED OPINIONS!!

Well im stuck on where to mount my two amps. I would like to keep them out of the way, visible or not, with minumal fabrication. I have the option to mount them either on the back of the box, top or side, or on the floor of my trunk. I could asl mount them to the side of the trunk but ide have to build some sort of bracing, which im not to sure of.

I also want to keep my spare tire accessible

oh and the amps im using are the orion HCCA-D1200 and Rockford Fosgate Punch p450.2
