just outta curiosity an amp that is tated to be 2ohm stable and 1ohm stable , would it be able to handle lets say like 1.5ohm load? would it matter as long as its inbetween its stable range like 1.35 or 1.25ohms

It generally means stable down too, so anything above that should be ok.
