So after hours of troubleshooting my install whereas my front right had no sound at all, i found out the right front channel of my amp is screwed, so i took out the amp, and i heard something on the inside, so i opened it up, and i found this

after looking around the board, i found that it came from this

and since those two panels match, i found the slot that that thing is suppose to go since on one of the boards, it's missing one on that row.

can I solder this back on on the back side of it?/would it be safe to do so? sinec i can't solder it on the front of it. (not sure how to take the board out)

would this fix my problem?

if the board/heatsink is set up the same as my JL e1200 i had to disassemble...those clips pop out from the top...kinda hard to explain. on mine there are little holes near the top (opposite from board) and you can fit a flathead screwdriver in there and the pop right out.
