amp for my OZ 12.4 matrix elite sub

i'm looking for a good not so expensive amp to make my sub thump how it's supposed to.would an alpine mrp-m350 do the job with 350rms?i'm getting a good deal on this one for 50 bucks.please give me suggestions.thanks
