Amp for Morel Maximos

I have a pair of Morel Maximo 6.5 component system speakers in need of an amp. I'm thinking of getting the Arc Audio Kar 400.4 amp and bridging it to provide 190 watts rms per speaker. The speakers are only rated for 90 watts rms each so is this too much headroom? Any other suggestions for an amp for these speakers? I was also considering the Image Dynamics i4500 amp. I don't want to spend too much more than 300 dollars on the amp.

Or try and find an Aura RPM2300. They were on sale at parts express for $100 a little while back so should be cheap if u find one.

Both great amps. Save the money, and buy 2 channel instead of bridging a 4 channel.

that arc is a great amp, I also usually run 2-3 times rms on my speakers.

Save the money, and buy 2 channel instead of bridging a 4 channel.

Or you can buy a cheap 4 channel on ebay (got one for 55 shipped that does 180wpc bridged) and have room to expand later.

The Maximos get loud without a whole lot of power. 100 watts is plenty IMO.

That's just how Boston pricing is. Excellent bang for the buck. Itll stick with amps costing way more power wise as well as for SQ. internal fan cooled, 1 ohm stable stereo, 2 ohm stable bridged. You won't find many Amps that do that regardless of price.
