Amp for Arc Audio 10"

Hey I have an Arc Audio 10" d4

It is rated at 250w but can easily take up to 500w (or at least i've heard)

So, I was looking around, and couldnt find a good one for my needs.

I was either thinking about:

Memphis 16-MCD500

JL 250/1

Alpine MRD-M605

Any input or suggestions are really appreciated.

I just want a clean sounding amp that puts out rms power of 250 or more at 2 ohms for less then $150

Memphis 500D FTW. I had one a few years back and it rocked. Nice clean amps and they're VERY reliable.
