What about the Orion 2500, heard that was powerful. Or you could stack a bunch of Viper 1200's to your subs might be cheaper to. Chief

Or a pair of 9.1s. Should do more power (given that the ED is rated at 12.5 volts, with the RE amps being rated at 14.4) with a longer warranty. Id be willing to bet the 9.1s would be cheaper, too at $630 a pair.

I would do a pair of memphis Mc1000D's that would give you plenty of power for the SX's

But a Power acoutik 300db or a planet audio 2200 would suffice, if your trying to save money.

Thats true, Im sure its a good amp. Didnt David say he got a couple hundred extra watts out of it?

For price/performance, Id still recommend the ED.

I would do a pair of memphis Mc1000D's that would give you plenty of power for the SX's

very solid amp. it's rated 1100w at one ohm but u'll get a solid 1000w of very very clean power out of them. i bought a used one online in alright conditionw hen i got it and BEAT THE MOTHER LOVEING HELL OUT OF IT and it took the abuse like a red headed step child ona good day. for 2 SX's i'd say go with 2 1000D but if u can get mojo 2000D go with that, i've seen that thing at work and it's a BEAST
