Amp for 2 JL 12w1-4's?

250 watts x 1 channel..wouldnt that be under-powering them?

They can certainly handle more. 500-600 watts between them would be ideal. The 250/1 would be ok though.

If you under power them with that 250, make sure to not use bass boost to try and compensate for the lack of power. This will lead to the subs clipping and blowing over time.
