Actually there both rated at 750w rms, but the 06 can take a little more power than the 04's.

I had a USAmps MD2D on my 2 12" L7s. Perfect match and loud as hell. very clean, solid amp

if the l7's were dual 2 ohm i'd recommend the zx1500.1
