Amp for 1 JBL GTO 12"?

I've read a ton of threads here but most of them are about people with like 3000 watt amps. I have a bandpass box that has an old pioneer sub in it. I think I'm going to get 1 JBL GTO 12" sub for it. What would the best amp be thats like $150 or less? Is the eclipse xa1200 a good option?
