Amp Cuts Out

I have a MA AUDIO SYZ011DX 1800w x mono block amp. I use it for my 2 10 inch audiobahn subs which are supposed to run at 600rms. The problem is that when I turn up the volume about halfway my amp clips out. The amps isn't overheating so I don't understand why it cuts out. Any suggestions on how to stop this or do I just have a faulty amp?

are your speakers dual voice coil and if so are they ran parralell and if so i would guess your amp isn't 1 ohm stable

The speakers are dual coiled and the amp is supposed to be 1 ohm stable. I had it hooked up for 1ohm but, the amp kept clipping so I had it changed and the person who installed it said it should be at 4ohms now.

ok well make sure you are getting a good power and make sure you have a good ground.besides that there shouldn't be any problems
