Amp cooling question

So I put my 4k2d underneath my trunk floor, and I'm wondering about air circulation...

Even though it has two fans, I'm worried about the fact that it will be mostly drawing in warm air.

Will I have an issue? Can I run some tubes or something from the fans out into the trunk cabin?

Here's what it looks like:

it'd going to get HOT in there fans or not. go in a room close the door and turn on a fan ot hardly moves air open a door and you will feel it.

you have a easy way to fix ur problem. hole saw a 1.5" hole in the spare tire well facing the front of the car. take the floor end off ur shop vac put the one end thru the hole and attach the duct part facing foward. when you are driving it will force air in to ur amp. put a screen on the bottom part before installing so rodents dont get in. you can slow the air flow down by adding polyfill from the inside to the screen. this works great.ram air for ur amps....

I was thinking about something like this //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I'm just not sure I want to go through with it>

you should make sure you have atleast 2 inches of clearance and use 1 crossflow fan blowing air in and 1 crossflow fan blowing air out and you'll be fine.

Where would you suggest I place them? Do they have to be facing the fans on the amp, themselves?

I'm more worried about that battery there.

Personally I would throw a peltier or two with the hot side mounted to the chassis of the car, and cool side with a thin fin CPU heatsink blowing air around in the compartment. Relatively hidden and cased in some plastic of course.

It's either that or use an external air source. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif It's gonna get hot in there.

Why worried about the battery? They're both secure (there's two Batcap 2000s underneath).

I think I'm going to go with two Crossflow fans, one on each side of the amp. Maybe even 3 or 4 of them just to get some air moving around in there.
