Long story short I want to know if a 15 inch xfl can take 1600 rms. I know they can take a lot, but is that to much. I'll be running it at 1 ohm of a hifonics brx.1600

I had a pair of the 12s on a 3500w amp. After rise and other factors are accounted for, you'll be fine wiring at 1 ohm nominal.

How much do you know about the AB sub's? I have a TNT 12 taking 561 ways from my Alpine amp. But I want to give it more. They are rated for 600 watts rms, I'm going to give it 800-900 soon.

Actually the TNT subs are rated at 750 rms. they can take about 1100 rms clean tho

The ppi has been a very solid amp. Not disappointed with it at all especially for the price
